Our Story
Horizon Housing Group was created by co-founders Sam Belton and Ellis McWilton, whose shared passion for creating meaningful change in the property industry drives our mission. We are dedicated to supporting individuals and families in our local community who need it most.
Sam Belton brings over 12 years of experience in the local property market and holds a recognised professional ARLA qualification. His background spans roles both within the private and public sectors having worked in local estate agents as well as local authorities to provide emergency accommodation solutions. Sam's extensive expertise and unwavering commitment are foundational pillars of our company.
With over a decade of experience in the recruitment industry, Ellis McWilton has developed a keen insight into understanding individual needs and crafting innovative, tailored solutions. Having experience emergency accommodation firsthand in his youth, Ellis is deeply committed to delivering safe, high-quality housing and ongoing support to those who need it most.
